Facility Rental Services

The following services may be required or available based on the rental venue you choose:


Freshly prepared selections and exceptional service are available at all locations exclusively through VI Dining Services. Please call for information and pricing to tailor your menu to your dining needs; arrangements must be made in advance.

  • buffet
  • plated meals
  • box lunches
  • snacks/beverages


Outdoor tents, tables, linens, and seating available. Please call for fee quotes on specific items.


Audio-visual equipment rental may include projection screens, projectors and sound/lighting equipment, available for an additional fee. All AV is subject to availability; ask about equipped classroom areas.


A VI representative must be present for the entire event. Six hours are included in the daily rental rate. Note: Harrison-Jones Memorial Hall and Trayer Theatre may require two representatives.
Additional technical support, maintenance, housekeeping and security are billed at an hourly rate specified in contract with 4 hour minimums.
  • All facility rentals include free parking in VI parking lots and on adjacent streets as posted.
  • Air conditioning available in indoor rentals.
    (except Worrell Fine Arts Center Lobby and Dining Hall Conference Room)
  • Ask about availability in residence halls for summer camps and group housing.
  • Rates and fees are subject to change.
