Evening and Weekend College
The Evening & Weekend College program offers core and elective courses and degree programs in Interdisciplinary Studies (Teacher Education), Social Work, and Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Evening and weekend courses are conducted in compressed sub-terms that last eight weeks. These courses of study are uniquely designed for adult learners who want to attend college while continuing to work part or full-time jobs.
Applicants to the Evening & Weekend College program must submit the following material to the Office of Admissions:
1. A completed Evening and Weekend College application;
2. Official high school diploma with at least a 2.0 GPA (or a G.E.D. average of 450 overall or higher (or 2250 total standard score points);
3. Documentation or reference of work experience. Exceptions to work experience may be granted after a personal interview to determine the applicant’s ability to succeed in a compressed learning environment.
