Payment of Account

To help simplify accounts and to keep accurate records of student accounts, the Business Office uses the following procedures:


Schedule of Payments

Fall Semester: August 15
Spring Semester: December 15

Comprehensive fees are due on the above dates. Approved financial aid awards may be deducted from the payment. However, the remaining balance, i.e., comprehensive fee less approved financial aid, is due according to the scheduled payment dates.

 

Open Account

Charges for the current year’s tuition, room and board and other charges such as parking fines, library charges, damage charges, etc. are maintained on the open account. This account is for all the above-listed charges made for the year beginning July 1 and ending the following June 30.

Past Due Open Account

All past due charges beyond September 30 (fall semester charges and/or prior) and January 30 (spring semester charges) become subject to a late charge of 1% per month on the unpaid balance until the account is paid in full.
