Bonny
Gable
Bonny Gable serves as Coordinator of Performing
Arts, directs
theatre productions, and teaches acting, directing, and theatre
history. She holds a Masters of Education degree in theatre from
East Tennessee State University. She was director of theatre
arts at King College in Bristol, Tennessee for six years, and
has directed productions and taught classes for Barter Theatre
in Abingdon, Virginia, and East Tennessee State University in
Johnson City, Tennessee. She has performed professionally with
the North Carolina “RSVP Theatre Company”, “A Night On the Town”
in Virginia, and was one of the original company members of
Tennessee’s “Shakespeare and Friends”.
Ms. Gable has been involved in theatre, music, and education for
over twenty-five years and has shared her talent for performing
and teaching with numerous arts centers, schools, and performing
arts programs.
Scott Koenig
Scott A Koenig has worked as a technical theatre
professional for over sixteen years in New York City, Florida,
Colorado, Virginia, and Tennessee. Before entering academic
theatre he was Resident Sound Designer at the Barter Theatre in
Abingdon, Virginia. He holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from
East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in
Speech/Theatre from the State University of New York College at
Cortland. Scott’s design work has been enjoyed by audiences at
numerous performing venues throughout the region. Scott serves
as Technical Director/Design Coordinator and teaches stagecraft,
performing arts, and speech.
Charlotte Anderson
Charlotte Anderson holds a Masters and Doctorate
in vocal performance and pedagogy from the Peabody Institute of
the Johns Hopkins University. She received post graduate
certification in the Alexander Technique from the American
Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT). A distinguished
performer, scholar and teacher, Dr. Anderson has extensive
opera, recital, oratorio and symphonic song experience. As a
lecturer and facilitator, she has presented workshops around the
country on Voice, Body Awareness and the Alexander Technique.
She teaches applied voice and serves as singing coach for the
theatre productions.
Stephanie Yoder
Stephanie Yoder holds a Master of Music degree in
organ performance from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of
Arts degree in music with a certificate in piano pedagogy from
Malone College in Canton, Ohio. She is a member of the American
Guild of Organists, the Music Teachers National Association, and
the Bristol Music Club. She serves as organist and performs
regularly in concerts throughout the Tri-Cities as a soloist and
accompanist. Ms. Yoder serves as musical director for the
Theatre Department, is director of the choir and professor of
piano and organ.
